NOTICE TO THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF PONDER, TEXAS
AVISO A LOS VOTANTES REGISTRADOS PONDER, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that the polling place listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 14, 2002, for voting in a special election, to determine whether or not to adopt a 4A, 4B, and ¼ cent street and maintenance sales tax. Location of polling place: Ponder City Hall, 405 Shaffner Street, Ponder, Texas. Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the Ponder City Hall, 405 Shaffner Street, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. beginning on August 28, 2002 and ending on September 10, 2002. Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to: Diane Rasor, P.O. Box 297, Ponder, TX 76259. Applications for mail in ballots must be received no later than the close of business on September 6, 2002. Issued this 18th day of August, 2002 by Diane Rasor, Election Administrator.

El aviso se da por este medio que el lugar de la interrogacion enumerado abajo estara abierto a partir de 7:00a.m. a 7:00p.m., el 14 de Septiembre del 2002 para votar en la eleccion especial para determiner si o no adoptar un 4A, 4B, y ¼ de centavo e impuesto de ventas del mantenimiento de la calle. Localizacion del lugar de la interrogacion: Ponder City Hall, 405 Shaffner Street, Ponder, Texas. Temprana Votacion por aspecto personal sera conducida cada dia de la semana en el City Hall de Poder, 405 Shafer Street, entre las 8:00 a.m. y 4:30p.m. que comienza el 28 de Agosto del 2002 y termina el 10 de Septiembre del 2002. El uso para votar por correo seran enviados a: Diane Rasor, P.O. Box 297, Ponder, TX 76259.
